An experienced strategic operations and finance executive, Paul has helped scale and grow organizations across multiple industries. He has led multiple successful startup ventures and brings a process-improvement mindset utilizing his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from his time at Deloitte. Losing a close friend at the age of 50 to colon cancer keeps Paul deeply motivated to remove as many barriers as possible to getting regular colonoscopies.

Hannan Lis

WW GROUP | FIREBOLT GROUP

A serial entrepreneur, Hannan scaled the WW Group to 300 locations and 5,000 employees before its sale to the parent company, then co-founded Firebolt Group, a Michigan-based international LED display manufacturer serving global brands across three continents. He founded Zera Medical after experiencing the ZeraFlow procedure firsthand in Israel in 2025 and immediately recognized its potential to redefine colorectal cancer screening worldwide.

A marketing executive with two decades building consumer brands at global scale, Isaac held senior roles including Head of Marketing for Prime Video International at Amazon, Director of Marketing for Microsoft's consumer division, and leadership positions at Expedia and American Airlines. He founded Zera Medical with a conviction that removing the barriers to colonoscopy screening is one of the highest-leverage things marketing can do for public health.

Joel Keiper

Joel is a healthcare strategy, operations, and innovation executive with more than 25 years of experience across consulting, provider, payor, and digital health organizations. He has held senior strategy and operations roles at Deloitte Consulting, Tenet, Henry Ford Health, and McLaren Health, and led commercialization at Hygieia, an AI innovator advancing value-based diabetes care, bringing deep expertise in ambulatory operations, revenue cycle and coding, and value-based reimbursement.

The inventor of ZeraFlow, Ben has spent more than three decades founding and leading medical device startups from concept through clinical trials, CE marking, FDA preparation, and commercialization. As CEO of Longan Medical and founder of Colonocenter Israel, he turned an engineering idea into a validated clinical system backed by peer-reviewed publication. He founded Zera Medical to bring that technology to the U.S. and change how patients experience colorectal cancer screening.
